1. Overview
This policy applies to all orders placed through [3DPrint Galway]. All products are custom 3D printed to order, which means processing times may vary depending on print complexity, material availability, and current order volume. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
2. Order Processing
All items are printed on demand after your order is confirmed. Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.
• Standard orders: [1–3] business days
• Complex or multi-part prints: [3–5] business days
• Custom/bespoke orders: timeframe confirmed at time of order
You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where applicable.

3. Shipping Destinations & Rates
3.1 Ireland
• Standard: €10 — estimated [3–5] business days
• Free standard shipping on orders over €55
3.2 European Union
• Standard: from €15 — estimated [5–10] business days
EU orders may be subject to local VAT depending on the destination country. Prices displayed at checkout include applicable VAT where required.
3.3 United Kingdom
• Standard: from €15 — estimated [5–10] business days
Due to post-Brexit regulations, UK orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs thresholds before ordering.
3.4 International (Rest of World)
• Standard: from €15 — estimated [10–20] business days
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Delivery Issues
5.1 Delayed Shipments
Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control (customs delays, carrier disruptions, weather events) may affect delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
5.2 Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for [10] business days (domestic) or [20] business days (international), please contact us. We will open a trace with the carrier. Replacement or refund will be issued once the carrier investigation is complete, typically within [10–15] business days.
5.3 Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item(s) and contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at [hello@3dprintgalway.ie]. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please retain all packaging materials as they may be required for a carrier claim.
5.4 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of 3D printed products:
• We accept returns within [14] days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
• We are unable to accept returns for custom or personalised items unless they are faulty.
• Change-of-mind returns are accepted at our discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

7. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may be charged by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We are required by law to accurately declare the contents and value of all shipments. We do not mark parcels as “gifts” or under-declare values.
8. Packaging
We aim to use minimal, recyclable packaging wherever possible. Our prints are wrapped in recycled paper or compostable materials. If you have specific packaging preferences or requirements, please include a note with your order.
